 I'm a lifetime natural bodybuilder, registered nurse, and physique competitor on an endless journey to discover my truth and reach my highest potential.  I fell in love with the art, science, and discipline of bodybuilding in the late '80s, first competing in 1995.  Since then, I've continued to compete across bodybuilding, figure, and physique categories over the past 30 years. Will I ever retire? It's hard to say!  Even in my 50s, I still cherish the bodybuilding lifestyle and use the process to become the best version of myself—mind, body, and spirit.

I believe that to truly thrive in today’s chaotic world, you must bring your whole self to the table—your strengths, your vulnerabilities, and most importantly, your inner truth and heart. For a long time, I struggled with self-identity and limiting beliefs that held me back. I discovered that mindset is the key. Whether it’s physical transformation or any other goal, the journey begins in the mind. The quality of our lives and the outcomes we achieve are shaped by our thought patterns and beliefs.
